AI & Automation

Automate the work that is quietly consuming your team's week

Not an AI strategy deck. We find the repetitive processes costing you real hours — data re-entry, lead routing, reporting, content production — and automate them properly, with a human in the loop where judgement belongs.

  • Process audit first
  • Human-in-the-loop by design
  • Measured in hours returned
Overview

Start with the process, not the technology

A great deal of AI spending produces nothing because it starts from the tool. Someone buys a platform, mandates adoption, and six months later the team has quietly reverted to the spreadsheet that actually worked. The technology was never the constraint.

We start by auditing where time actually goes. Usually a handful of processes account for a disproportionate share of manual effort — copying data between systems that do not talk to each other, assembling the same report every Monday, chasing status updates, drafting the same category of message repeatedly. Those are the automation candidates, and they are identifiable in a week.

Then we build carefully. Automation that fails silently is worse than the manual process it replaced, so everything ships with error handling, logging and human review at the points where a wrong output would be expensive. Your team keeps the judgement calls and loses the copying and pasting.

Benefits

What you gain

The outcomes clients see when this work is done properly.

Hours returned to your team

Automating a two-hour daily task returns roughly five hundred hours a year. We quantify the saving before building so you can judge whether the work is worth commissioning.

Systems that finally connect

Your CRM, spreadsheets, email, accounting and project tools stop being islands. Data flows between them automatically instead of through someone's afternoon.

Content production at pace

AI-assisted drafting for content, product copy and campaign variants, with editorial review before anything publishes. Speed without surrendering the standard.

Fewer manual errors

Transcription mistakes, missed follow-ups and inconsistent data entry largely disappear when the handoff stops being manual. Accuracy improves as a side effect of speed.

Our Process

How the work runs

The same sequence on every engagement, so you always know what happens next and what is expected of you.

01

Process audit

We shadow how work actually happens — not how the process document says it happens — and quantify the time each repetitive task consumes. You get a ranked list of opportunities with estimated savings.

02

Prioritise and scope

We select the automations with the best return against implementation effort. Some candidates get ruled out here: if a process changes monthly, automating it costs more than it saves.

03

Design with humans in the loop

We map where automation runs unattended and where a person must approve. Anything with legal, financial or reputational consequence keeps a review step by design.

04

Build and pilot

Built, then run in parallel with the existing manual process so outputs can be compared before anyone depends on it. Errors surface during the pilot rather than in production.

05

Train, monitor, iterate

Your team is trained on operating and troubleshooting the workflow. Monitoring and alerting mean a broken integration announces itself instead of silently dropping records.

Why DIGIBLOCK

What makes us different

The structural differences that change what you receive and how the engagement runs.

We audit before we sell

If your processes do not justify automation, we tell you. A well-run spreadsheet beats a fragile automation nobody trusts.

Nothing runs unsupervised that shouldn't

Approval gates sit wherever a wrong output would be costly. Autonomy is a design decision, not a default.

Built on tools you can keep

Mainstream, documented platforms your team can maintain — not a bespoke system only we understand.

Measured in hours, not features

Success is time returned and errors avoided. We report on that, not on how many workflows were deployed.

Technologies

The stack behind the work

Established, well-documented tools your team can keep using — nothing proprietary that only works while we are engaged.

Frequently Asked Questions

What clients usually ask

The questions that come up in every early conversation. If yours is not here, that is what the consultation call is for.

Will this replace people on our team?
That is not what we are usually hired for, and it is worth being direct about it. The engagements that work best remove the tedious portion of a role — the data entry, the report assembly, the status chasing — so the person spends their time on work that needs a human. If your objective genuinely is headcount reduction, say so during scoping so we can be honest about whether the automation will actually deliver it.
How do you keep our data secure?
We map exactly what data each workflow touches and where it travels before building anything. Sensitive data is kept out of third-party models unless there is a specific reason and your explicit sign-off. Where processing must happen externally, we use enterprise agreements with no-training guarantees. Access is scoped narrowly, credentials are stored in a secrets manager rather than embedded in a workflow, and everything is documented so your own audits are straightforward.
What if the AI produces something wrong?
We assume it will, and design accordingly. Anything with financial, legal or reputational consequence goes through human approval before it takes effect. Automated outputs are logged so errors are traceable rather than mysterious, and confidence thresholds route uncertain cases to a person instead of guessing. An automation that fails loudly is safe; one that fails silently is the actual risk.
How much does automation cost to run?
Platform subscriptions and API usage typically run from a few thousand rupees a month for straightforward workflows to considerably more for high-volume AI processing. We model the running cost during scoping and set it against the hours saved, so you approve a build knowing the ongoing figure rather than discovering it on the third month's invoice.
Can you work with our existing software?
Generally yes. Most mainstream business software exposes an API or is supported natively by the automation platforms we use. Older or niche systems occasionally require a custom integration, which we will scope and price separately. During the audit we check integration feasibility before recommending anything, so no proposal depends on a connection that turns out not to exist.
How long before we see the benefit?
The audit takes about a week and gives you a ranked list of opportunities with estimated savings. A first straightforward automation is typically live within two to three weeks, including the parallel-run pilot period. More complex multi-system workflows run four to eight weeks. We deliberately sequence the quickest genuine win first so the team sees the benefit before the larger build lands.
