Go-to-market for onchain projects, run by people who read the docs

Crypto marketing fails when it is run by generalists who have never held a wallet. We bring market research, community operations and launch strategy from a team that understands the technology, the culture and the regulatory line.

  • Community operations
  • Token and NFT launches
  • Research-led positioning
Overview

Distribution is the hard part

Shipping the contract is rarely what kills a project. Launching into an audience that does not exist, with positioning that does not differentiate, into a community nobody is actively moderating — that is what kills it. Attention in this market is earned through sustained presence, not a burst of paid posts.

We work as the go-to-market layer for onchain teams: researching where your actual holders and users congregate, building positioning that survives contact with an informed audience, and running the Telegram, Discord and X presence that turns initial interest into a community that persists through a drawdown.

We are also deliberate about what we will not do. No engagement farming, no bought followers, no promises about token price. Those tactics produce a number that looks good for a fortnight and a community that evaporates precisely when you need it.

Benefits

What you gain

The outcomes clients see when this work is done properly.

Communities that survive the dip

Moderated, active Telegram and Discord operations with real conversation and consistent presence. A community that only exists during a bull run was never a community.

Research before positioning

Competitor teardowns, tokenomics review and holder analysis inform the narrative. You launch into a market you understand rather than one you assumed.

Launch operations that hold

Coordinated messaging across X, Telegram, Discord and press, with a communication plan ready for the moments launches actually go sideways.

Credibility with informed audiences

Content written by people who understand the mechanics. Nothing erodes trust with a crypto-native audience faster than marketing copy that misuses the terminology.

Our Process

How the work runs

The same sequence on every engagement, so you always know what happens next and what is expected of you.

01

Project and market research

We study your protocol, token design and competitive set, and identify where your genuine audience already gathers. Findings come with the uncomfortable parts included.

02

Narrative and positioning

We build the story: what this does, who it is for, why it is different — in language that holds up to scrutiny from people who will read your documentation before your landing page.

03

Community infrastructure

Telegram, Discord and X set up properly — structure, roles, bots, anti-spam, moderation coverage and a content calendar that keeps the channel alive between announcements.

04

Launch execution

Coordinated campaign across owned channels, partnerships and press, with AMAs, contributor outreach and a prepared response plan for the questions that always arrive.

05

Sustained growth

Ongoing community management, content, partnership development and reporting on the metrics that matter — active participants, retention, sentiment — rather than raw follower counts.

Why DIGIBLOCK

What makes us different

The structural differences that change what you receive and how the engagement runs.

Native understanding

The team holds wallets, uses protocols and follows the space. You will not spend the first month explaining what an L2 is.

No bot growth, ever

We do not buy followers or farm engagement. Inflated numbers cost you credibility with exactly the people whose opinion moves your project.

Compliance-aware communication

We keep messaging clear of price speculation and investment claims, and flag regulatory risk in copy before it publishes rather than after.

We will decline work

If a project's fundamentals do not hold up, we say so and pass. Our reputation in this market is worth more than any single retainer.

Technologies

The stack behind the work

Established, well-documented tools your team can keep using — nothing proprietary that only works while we are engaged.

Frequently Asked Questions

What clients usually ask

The questions that come up in every early conversation. If yours is not here, that is what the consultation call is for.

Do you guarantee token price performance?
No, and you should treat any agency that does as a serious warning sign. Token price is driven by market conditions, liquidity, macro sentiment and factors entirely outside a marketing engagement. What we are accountable for is community growth, holder retention, narrative reach and launch execution — the inputs we genuinely control and can be measured against.
Can you help before we launch?
That is when the engagement is worth the most. Community, narrative and audience take months to build properly, and a project that starts marketing two weeks before launch is launching into an empty room. Ideally we start three to six months out, in parallel with development, so there is a real audience waiting rather than one you are trying to assemble during the launch window.
Do you provide community moderators?
Yes. We staff moderation across Telegram and Discord with coverage matched to your community's activity and time zones, including the overnight hours when scam posts and impersonation attempts tend to appear. Moderators are briefed on your protocol so they answer substantive questions correctly instead of deflecting everything to the core team.
How do you handle FUD or a security incident?
With a plan written before it is needed. Part of onboarding is agreeing escalation paths, holding statements and who has authority to speak during an incident. In the moment, speed and honesty beat polish — communities forgive problems that are acknowledged early and punish those that look concealed. We will advise disclosure even when it is uncomfortable, because the alternative costs more.
What kinds of projects do you work with?
Infrastructure, DeFi protocols, NFT projects, GameFi and DAOs. What matters more than the category is whether the fundamentals hold up. We run diligence before taking an engagement and decline projects whose tokenomics, team structure or claims do not survive scrutiny — a shortcut that would cost us credibility with the audience we would then be asking to trust the next project.
Do you write smart contracts or handle audits?
No. We are a go-to-market team, not a security firm, and it would be irresponsible to imply otherwise. We work alongside your development team and coordinate with established audit firms, whose findings we then help communicate clearly to your community. Marketing an unaudited contract is something we will actively advise against.
