Terms & Conditions

The terms on which you may use the DIGIBLOCK website, what our content does and does not promise, and how these terms relate to client engagements.

This document is pending professional legal review

It accurately describes how this website works, and we have verified each factual statement in it. It has not yet been reviewed by a qualified legal professional against the specific statutes of every jurisdiction we operate in, and some clauses that a final version should carry — including our registered company details and governing law — are not published yet. We would rather say that here than imply a completeness we have not reached.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of this website. By browsing it or submitting a form, you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.

They do not govern work we carry out for clients. Every engagement is set out in its own proposal, statement of work or contract, and where anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.

Using this website

You may read, share and link to anything published here. When using the site, please do not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or any system connected to it.
  • Interfere with the site's operation, including by overloading it or attempting to disrupt access for others.
  • Submit anything unlawful, deliberately false, defamatory, or containing malicious code through a form.
  • Use the forms or the published contact details to send unsolicited advertising.
  • Scrape or copy the site systematically in order to republish it or to build a competing offering.
  • Use our name, logo or content in a way that suggests an association, endorsement or partnership that does not exist.

About the content on this site

Everything here is published for general information about what we do. It is not professional, legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to take any particular course of action. Please take proper advice before making a decision that matters.

We take accuracy seriously and correct mistakes when we find them, but we do not warrant that everything on the site is complete or current at all times. Descriptions of services, approaches and past work are illustrative — what we will actually do for you is what your engagement documents say.

Anything written about the digital, Web3 or AI landscape reflects a fast-moving field and our view at the time of writing. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise about results, performance, rankings, revenue or returns.

Enquiries, bookings and applications

Submitting a form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or oblige either of us to proceed. A consultation request is a request for a time to talk, and we will confirm or propose an alternative.

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and pricing or scope indications given informally are not binding. An engagement begins when both sides agree written terms.

Please give us accurate details. We rely on what you send in order to reply to the right person about the right thing.

Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics, code and layout of this website, and the DIGIBLOCK name and logo, belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or adapt them for commercial use without our written permission.

Client names, logos and work shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and appear to identify work we have been involved in. Where an engagement is subject to confidentiality, we describe the work without identifying the client.

Ownership of work we produce for a client is dealt with in that client's agreement, not here.

Third-party links

This site links to services we do not operate. We include those links because they are useful, not as an endorsement of the linked organisation, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Following an external link means leaving this site and accepting the other party's terms.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and working properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, or restrict access, without notice — including where we need to for maintenance or security.

Liability

The website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties in relation to the site itself and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business, goodwill or data arising from your use of it, or from reliance on general information published here.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Liability arising from work performed for a client is governed by that client's agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site or the business changes. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the updated terms.
