Consulting that stays until the strategy is actually running

Strategy is not the scarce resource — execution is. We work with founders and leadership teams on positioning, growth planning and the operating discipline to carry it through, and we stay involved while it is implemented.

  • Founder-level engagement
  • Implementation included
  • Operating cadence, not just plans
Overview

The deck is not the deliverable

Traditional consulting has a structural problem: the engagement ends at the recommendation. A thorough document arrives, everyone agrees it is correct, and then it meets an organisation with no spare capacity, no owner assigned and no change to the weekly rhythm. Six months later very little has moved.

We work differently. Analysis and strategy come first — market positioning, unit economics, growth model, operating structure — but the engagement continues into implementation. We help establish the reviews, the metrics and the accountability that turn a plan into a set of decisions someone makes on a Tuesday.

This works best with founders and leadership teams who want a direct outside perspective. We will disagree with you in the room, bring the numbers that support it, and are equally willing to be talked out of a position when your context makes the case.

Benefits

What you gain

The outcomes clients see when this work is done properly.

Clarity on where growth comes from

Rigorous work on your market, positioning and unit economics establishes which segments and channels genuinely scale — and which are quietly consuming margin.

Financial models you can operate

Working models for cash flow, pricing and scenario planning that you use to make decisions, not a spreadsheet that opens once and is never touched again.

Operating rhythm that holds

Clear metrics, defined ownership and a review cadence. The discipline that converts intention into consistent execution after the enthusiasm of the kickoff fades.

An outside view with no politics

We have no internal position to protect and no promotion at stake. That makes it considerably easier to name the problem everyone can see and nobody is saying.

Our Process

How the work runs

The same sequence on every engagement, so you always know what happens next and what is expected of you.

01

Diagnostic

Structured conversations across your leadership team plus a review of financials, metrics and market position. We establish what is actually constraining growth rather than what is most visible.

02

Analysis and options

Market sizing, competitive positioning, unit economics and scenario modelling. You receive real options with trade-offs stated, not a single recommendation presented as inevitable.

03

Strategy and roadmap

An agreed direction broken into sequenced initiatives with owners, timelines and success measures. Specific enough that progress is unambiguous.

04

Implementation support

We stay through execution — helping stand up the operating cadence, unblocking initiatives and holding the review rhythm until it runs without us.

05

Review and adjust

Regular reviews against the plan, with honest reassessment when conditions change. A strategy that cannot absorb new information is not a strategy.

Why DIGIBLOCK

What makes us different

The structural differences that change what you receive and how the engagement runs.

Senior people, on your engagement

The people in your diagnostic are the people doing the work. No pitch team followed by a junior delivery team you have not met.

We stay for the hard part

Implementation support is part of the engagement, because a recommendation nobody executes has produced nothing.

Operator experience, not just theory

We have built and run businesses. Advice is grounded in what actually happens when a plan meets a team with finite capacity.

Execution capability in-house

When strategy calls for marketing, a platform rebuild or automation, the team that delivers it is in the same building.

Technologies

The stack behind the work

Established, well-documented tools your team can keep using — nothing proprietary that only works while we are engaged.

Frequently Asked Questions

What clients usually ask

The questions that come up in every early conversation. If yours is not here, that is what the consultation call is for.

What size of business do you work with?
Mostly founder-led businesses and small to mid-sized companies — from early-stage teams finding product-market fit through to established businesses of a few hundred people navigating a growth ceiling or an expansion. What matters far more than headcount is whether the decision-makers are genuinely in the room. Engagements where leadership delegates the strategy work tend not to produce change.
How is this different from hiring a consultant?
Two differences that matter. First, the engagement continues into implementation rather than ending at the recommendation — we help build the operating cadence that carries the plan. Second, when strategy calls for execution capability, our marketing, engineering and automation teams are in the same building, so a recommendation to rebuild your acquisition funnel does not require you to run a vendor search to act on it.
How long is a typical engagement?
A focused diagnostic runs three to four weeks and produces a clear read on what is constraining growth. Strategy development adds another four to six. Implementation support usually runs three to six months at a lighter cadence. Some clients continue with an ongoing advisory relationship afterwards; others take the operating rhythm in-house and run it themselves, which is a good outcome and one we design for.
Do you sign confidentiality agreements?
Always, and before any commercially sensitive material changes hands. Engagements routinely involve financials, strategic plans and information about people, and we treat all of it as confidential regardless of what is formally documented. We also decline engagements with direct competitors of existing clients rather than managing the conflict with an internal wall.
What do you need from us?
Access and candour, primarily. Real financials rather than a sanitised summary, honest conversations about what is not working, and leadership time genuinely committed to the process. The engagements that underperform are consistently the ones where difficult information surfaced late. We would much rather hear the uncomfortable version in week one than discover it in month three.
Can you help with fundraising?
We help with the substance behind it — business model clarity, unit economics, financial modelling, market sizing and the narrative that holds up under diligence. That work materially improves how a business presents to investors. We are not placement agents and do not make introductions in exchange for success fees, so if you need a broker, we are not that. If you need the underlying case to be genuinely strong, that is our work.

Tell us what is constraining growth. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
